1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Budelo account and using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Budelo.
2. Service description
Budelo is an ELO-based sports ranking tracker that allows users to log match results, track ratings over time, and compete within private groups. We offer a free tier and a premium subscription with additional features.
3. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Log false or manipulated match results.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
- Use automated tools to interact with the service without prior written consent.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without notice.
4. Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon account deletion, your personal data is anonymised in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Premium subscriptions are billed per group via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us through the app. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription you have paid for.
6. Limitation of liability
Budelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
