One good session does not make you the best player. ELO accounts for who you have beaten across many games, not just recent form. Your rating rises when you win and falls when you lose, but the swing depends on the expected result, so you cannot inflate your rating by playing weak opponents indefinitely.

For groups that play frames or sets, you can enter the score and optionally enable the margin of victory multiplier. For casual groups, just log the winner. No score needed.
